Subject: Annual Update to NDIS Service Rates
Dear Valued Client,
As part of our annual review, we would like to let you know that our NDIS service rates will be updated in line with the latest NDIS Pricing Schedule, effective from 1 July 2026.
Each year, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) reviews and updates the NDIS Pricing Schedule following its Annual Pricing Review and the Fair Work Commission’s Annual Wage Review. These updates help ensure that NDIS-funded supports remain sustainable while continuing to deliver quality services.
At Superclean Maid Service, we conduct this review annually to ensure we can continue providing reliable, high-quality support while fairly compensating our dedicated support workers and maintaining the long-term sustainability of our services.

The NDIA also requires providers to discuss any proposed changes to existing service agreements with participants, and that participants agree to those changes.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss how these changes may affect your services, please don’t hesitate to contact our team. If the updated rates no longer meet your needs, we will be happy to discuss your options, including ending your service agreement if that is your preference.
