CGHS QR Code System (DidYouGo)

The DidYouGo QR Code System is used to verify service delivery for Central Gippsland Health Service clients. All employees providing services to CGHS clients must use this system to check in and check out of each service.

Until otherwise advised, employees must continue to complete Jotform service records in addition to using the DidYouGo system.

Initial Setup (One-Time Registration)

Before attending a CGHS service, employees must complete the following setup process:

Watch the DidYouGo setup training video.
Scan a test QR code using your mobile device.
Select “New User”.
Enter your name and mobile phone number.
Enter your mobile number again to sign in.
Create a 4-digit PIN.
Close the browser once registration is complete.

Please review the available training materials and visual guides to ensure you understand how to use the system correctly before attending a service.

Using DidYouGo at a Service

At the commencement of every CGHS service:

Scan the client’s QR code.
Enter your mobile phone number and 4-digit PIN.
Select “Superclean Maid Service” as the provider.
- This only needs to be added once and will be available for future visits.
- No ABN is required.
Confirm your location when prompted.
- Location Services must be enabled on your device.
- The system only verifies your location during check-in and check-out and does not continuously track your location.
Select the service being delivered.
- For gardening or lawn mowing services, select:
  - Home Maintenance & Repairs
  - Then select Gardening as the subcategory.
Select “Check-In” to commence the service.

Checking Out

At the completion of the service:

Select “Proceed to Checkout”.
Select “Checkout”.
Select “Confirm”.

A successful checkout confirms completion of the service.
